Kim has more than 10 years of experience in educational leadership and international project management. She is completing her Master’s in education at the University of Toronto. Kim’s goal is to foster trade diversification and enhance Canada’s presence in international markets.

Chamilka’s expertise in international human resources. Her goal is to support Canada’s partnerships with Indo-Pacific markets in trade and innovation.

Goals

Strengthen engagement with young professionals and students across Canada, as well as with both Canadian and international businesses, to advance trade diversification efforts.

Elevate and promote the vital role of youth in shaping and driving Canada’s international trade landscape through diversified global partnerships.

Objectives

Increase Canadian youth membership by 25 in-person members and 50 online members annually over the next two years.

Expand business membership by onboarding 50 Canadian companies and 50 international companies each year over the next two years.

Ensure active representation by enabling at least 10 members to participate in 3–5 major international trade events annually over the next two years, showcasing and promoting the organization’s mission.
