Goals
-Strengthen outreach to young professionals and students in Canada and both Canadian and international businesses toward trade diversification.
-Highlight and promote the critical role of youth in Canada in advancing international trade through diversification.
Objectives
-Grow Canadian youth membership by 25 in-person members and 50 online members annually over the next two years.
-Expand business membership by adding 50 Canadian companies and 50 foreign companies annually over the next two years.
-Ensure that at least 10 members participate in 3–5 major international trade events per year for the next two years, representing and promoting the organization.

Kim has more than 10 years of experience in educational leadership and international project management. She is completing her Master’s in education at the University of Toronto. Kim’s goal is to foster trade diversification and enhance Canada’s presence in international markets.

Chamilka’s expertise in international human resources. Her goal is to support Canada’s partnerships with Indo-Pacific markets in trade and innovation.

Vivian specializes in driving innovative solutions and championing growth across fintech, financial services, banking and technology industries.

Diana has an engineering background and is interested in fostering trade relations and helping Canadian companies expand to Peru.

Experienced in trade sales and business development, Connie is interested in driving market growth in the nutrition industry in the Philippines.

Lidya has a background in medical biotechnology and is interested in connecting Canadian companies to opportunities in Africa.

Kaushalya is an analyst and technology professional, with a focus on human resources. Her goal is to advance Canada-Sri Lanka trade, talent and tech collaboration.

Lynn is completing her Bachelor’s in Management and Organizational Studies at Western University. Her goal is to foster trade between Canada and Vietnam.
